Mission Statement

As directed, the Baltimore Recruiting Battalion conducts recruiting operations with integrity in our assigned area of responsibility to meet combined Regular Army, Army Reserve, and Special Mission requirements.  The Baltimore Recruiting Battalion recruits Soldiers, both officers and enlisted, to meet the needs of an expeditionary Army; to help the individual begin the transformation from civilian to Soldier.  Acts as the Army’s liaison with the American people, and does it all with integrity and a professionalism that clearly demonstrates the Warrior Ethos and Army Values.  We remain Relevant and Ready to provide the strength for our Army, both today and into the future.

Vision Statement

The Battalion’s vision is to develop and promote a highly motivated, professional organization which is poised to achieve all missions with integrity and provide a positive recruiting experience to all personnel by taking care of Soldiers, civilians and families while maintaining the Public’s trust and is accomplished by ensuring a positive, safe and secure command environment.
