Mission Statement The New England Recruiting Battalion conducts immediate and effective operations throughout its area of responsibility to recruit highly motivated, committed, quality men and women, both officer and enlisted, to serve in the United States Army and Army Reserve, whereby providing the force to an expeditionary Army committed globally in a “War on Terror”, professionally and with integrity. Vision Statement A disciplined and values-based Battalion that relentlessly conducts recruiting operations in pursuit of the Quality and Quantity required for our Army to successfully execute the Global War on Terrorism and any other Contingency Operation; that takes care of its Soldiers and family members and serves as model citizens in the respective communities within our AOR.
