The 2nd Recruiting Brigade recruits highly qualified volunteers to enable the US Army to win in a complex environment.



2nd Brigade provides the Army with highly qualified and ready Soldiers regardless of changing culture, economy or military conditions; simultaneously shaping the operational environment in support of the Recruiter.



2nd Recruiting Brigade exceeds the FY17 quality and contract mission by category; develops competent, confident small unit leaders empowered to execute their mission; shapes the operational environment; creates and enforces systems and processes that that reinforce mission success while caring for Soldiers, Civilians, and Families. Conditions set for FY18..
