LTC Justin Overbaugh
Lieutenant Colonel Justin Overbaugh received his commission as a Second Lieutenant of Infantry from the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) in 1999. After completing the Officer Basic Course at Fort Benning, Georgia, he was assigned as Rifle and Reconnaissance Platoon Leader in 1st Battalion, 187th Infantry Regiment (Rakkasans), 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. There he deployed to Afghanistan in support of OEF in 2001/2002 and to Iraq in support of OIF in 2003.
He joined 2nd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne) at Fort Lewis, Washington after completing Military Intelligence training at Fort Huachuca, Arizona and served as his Battalion’s Senior Intelligence Officer and Military Intelligence Detachment Commander, deploying in support of OEF in 2004/2005. In 2006, he was assigned to the US Army Operations Security Detachment at Fort Meade, Maryland. There he served as Assistant S3, Battalion S3, and Battalion Executive Officer and deployed in support of OEF as a Military Source Operations Collector for a Joint Task Force. In 2012, he joined the US Army Foreign Counterintelligence Activity (USAFCA) at Fort Meade, Maryland. From April 2014 to April 2017 he served as commander of Detachment 15, USAFCA in Stuttgart, Germany where he was responsible all US Army Strategic Counterintelligence operations in Europe and Africa.
Lieutenant Colonel Overbaugh’s military training includes Airborne, Ranger, Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle, Air Assault, and Pathfinder Schools. He is a graduate of the Infantry Officer Basic Course, the Military Intelligence Officer Advanced Course, the Counterintelligence Officer Course, Survival Escape Resistance and Evasion, and the Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations Course. His awards and decorations include the Expert Infantryman’s Badge, the Combat Infantryman’s Badge, two Bronze Stars (with valor), the Global War on Terror Expeditionary Medal (with arrowhead) and Canadian Jump Wings.
Lieutenant Colonel Overbaugh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina where he was an ROTC Distinguished Military Graduate. He earned a Master of Science (with distinction) in Defense Analysis (Irregular Warfare) from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.

Command Sergeant Major Monday hails from Tulsa, Ok. He entered the Army on 27 Sep 1987 as a 13B Cannon Crewmember. He completed Basic Combat Training and Advance Individual Training at Ft. Sill, OK.
He was assigned as a Cannon Crewmember in 5th Battalion 3rd Field Artillery Regiment in Giessen Germany, and 3rd Field Artillery Regiment Ft. Hood TX; Gunner in the 3rd Battalion 82nd Field Artillery Regiment Ft. Hood TX and the 5th Battalion 41st Field Artillery Regiment Schweinfurt, Germany; Section Chief and Gunnery Sergeant in Howitzer Battery 3rd Squadron 3rd ACR Ft. Bliss TX and Ft. Carson CO.
Command Sergeant Major Monday was assigned to recruiting duties in Sep 1998 and assigned to the Southern California Recruiting Battalion where he served as a Detail Recruiter for the San Bernardino Recruiting Center, and as a Center Commander for the Fontana Recruiting Center. Upon selection to Master Sergeant he served as the Senior Guidance Counselor for the Jackson Military Entrance Processing Station in Jackson MS, First Sergeant for the St. Petersburg Recruiting Company and the Orlando Recruiting Company in the Tampa Recruiting Battalion, Division II Chief of the Army Recruiters Course, and as an instructor for the Recruiting Company Leader Course at the United States Army Recruiting and Retention School at Ft Jackson SC. CSM Monday was selected to attend the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy and upon graduation he was assigned as the Operations Sergeant Major for the New York City Recruiting Battalion.
His military education includes United States Army Sergeants Major Academy Class 63, the Department of the Army First Sergeants Course, United States Army Recruiting Command First Sergeants Course, Guidance Counselor Operations Course, Center Commander Course, Senior Leaders Course, Advance Leaders Course, Army Recruiter’s Course, Army Staff and Faculty Course, and the Warrior Leaders Course.
Command Sergeant Major Monday’s awards and decorations includes the Meritorious Service Medal (three oak leaf clusters), Army Commendation Medal (five oak leaf clusters), Army Achievement Medal (two silver oak leaf clusters), Good Conduct Medal (eighth award) Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon (numerical device 4), National Defense Service Ribbon, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Army Overseas Service Ribbon (numerical device 2), and the Army Superior Unit Award. He has the earned prestigious Glen E. Morrell Award the highest achievement for recruiting excellence, the Recruiter’s Ring, and the Gold Recruiting Badge with three sapphire stars.
Command Sergeant Major Monday’s civilian education consists of a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Strategic Leadership both from Trident University International (TUI) in Cypress CA.
