LTC John D. Di Dio
Lieutenant Colonel John D. Di Dio graduated from the Virginia Military Institute, Lexington, Virginia with a degree in Business Economics. He was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Infantry in 1996. He earned a Master of Science of Strategic Intelligence degree from the National Defense Intelligence University at the Defense Intelligence Agency, Washington D.C. in 2009.

CSM Kevin M. Bidwell
Command Sergeant Major Kevin M. Bidwell is a native of Mechanicville, Maryland. He is a graduate of Chopticon High School Class of 1991. He enlisted in the US Army in May of 1993, where he attended One Station Unit Training at Fort McClellan, Alabama. His initial military occupational training was as a Chemical Operations Specialist (74D).
His early assignments include the 4th Chemical Company, Camp Casey Korea. The 82nd Airborne Division, 3/4th Air Defense Artillery Regiment, Ft Bragg, North Carolina, and the 4th Psychological Operations Group Airborne, Ft. Bragg, North Carolina.
Command Sergeant Major Bidwell entered the Recruiting Command in July of 1999 as a Detailed Recruiter in the Pittsburgh Recruiting Battalion. He was later assigned as an On Production Station Commander, Limited Production Station Commander and Company Operations Trainer in the Landover Recruiting Company, Baltimore Recruiting Battalion. In May 2006, he assumed responsibility, as the First Sergeant of the Potomac Recruiting Company, Baltimore Recruiting Battalion, and later became the Senior Guidance Counselor for the Baltimore MEPS. In October 2010, he served as the Operations NCOIC for the Columbia Recruiting Battalion, Fort Jackson SC. His last assignment was the Operations Sergeant Major for the Tampa Recruiting Battalion, Tampa Fl.
Command Sergeant Major Bidwell is a graduate of all Non-Commissioned Officer Courses, as well as the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy Class 63. He is a graduate of the Army’s Basic Recruiter Course, Station Commander Course, Recruiter Trainer Course, DA and USAREC First Sergeant Courses, Airborne Course, Jumpmaster Course, Air Assault Course and Basic Mountaineering Course. His civilian education consists of a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Management from American Military University, and a Master of Business Administration Degree in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University, Orange Beach, Alabama.
His awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal (2nd award), the Army Commendation Medal (4th award), the Army Achievement Medal (8th award), the Air Assault Badge, Senior Parachutist Badge, British and Italian Parachutist Badge, Gold Recruiter Badge, the distinguished Gold Army Recruiter Ring, and the coveted Glen E. Morrell Ring and Medallion. He is also a member of the prestigious Sergeant Audie Murphy Club.
