Mission Statement The Cleveland Recruiting Battalion will recruit with integrity the high quality men and women necessary to accomplish the mission while training the force, developing leaders, and providing quality soldier and family support. Vision Statement The Cleveland Recruiting Battalion provides maximum contribution to a nation at war by recruiting with integrity, quality young men and women into the Army and the Army Reserve. Maximum flexibility creates and fosters adaptive leaders. We empower leaders to apply our “ready and relevant” doctrine.
