        In-Processing Checklist

        Complete these items, and bring the required documents when you sign-in:

        • PCS orders with ALL amendments
        • DA Form 31 (Both PTDY and PCS Leave Forms)
        • BAH Form Completed
        • Personal data (Family) in order to update the DD Form 93 - SGLI
        • Completed DD 1351-2 – Travel Voucher
        • TLE – Temporary Lodging Expenses after your arrival to the Battalion area (10 days maximum)
        • Most recent NCOER
        • DA 201 File
        • Army Recruiter Course (ARC) completion certificate and 1059
        • All dependent documents (marriage license, divorce decree, birth certificates)
        • Most recent APFT card and body fat worksheet (if applicable)
        • Most recent weapons qualification card
        • If promotable:  your promotion packet and any supporting documents to add points
        • ID tags and ID card (CAC)
        • Original supporting documents to update ERB/ORB
        • Profile (if applicable)
        • Orders identifying 79R as your secondary MOS
        • Orders authorizing Basic Army Recruiter Silver Badge
        • Receipts for any travel expenses over $75
        • Arrive with MEDPROs status as GREEN
        • If requested, we will process your Dislocated Living Allowance (DLA) and / or Advance Pay, if you have not received any prior to your PCS move
        • DD 1561 Request for Family Separation Allowance
        • Vehicle registration (if you have two vehicles)
        • Civilian and military drivers license
        • Reenlistment card
        • Quarters termination sheet if you lived in government quarters
        • OIF's if you have reintegration certification please bring with you
        • Have a valid, working ID card and know your PIN
        • Complete/Update your DoD CyberAwareness Challenge Training
        • Sign the Army's Acceptable Use Policy
        • Complete the Army's Initial Security Training in LMS
        • Complete the Army's Refresher Security Training in LMS


        It is extremely important that you have all the above required documents at the time of your in-processing. Our battalion covers a large geographical area in Northeast Ohio and Northwest Pennsylvania. You may have a long drive back to your pinpoint assignment if you forget any of these documents. In-processing must be completed on the day you arrive at the battalion.
