Mission Statement
Every day, throughout our Area of Operation, the Great Lakes Recruiting Battalion recruits quality Soldiers, both officers and enlisted, to meet the needs of an expeditionary Army. The Battalion carries out this mission with integrity so as to reflect the Warrior Ethos and Army Values.

Vision Statement
We must be able to complete the mission, live the Warrior Ethos and Army values, while remembering to always recruit with honor and integrity. We will always take care of Soldiers and their Families.
