Welcome to the Milwaukee Recruiting Battalion!

As you make your transition to the Milwaukee Battalion, you will be assigned a sponsor to help your transition.  Your sponsor and the entire battalion staff are here to ensure that your transition to our battalion is smooth and that your tour here is an enjoyable one.  As part of your arrival to the Battalion headquarters for in-processing, you will meet with the Milwaukee Battalion SFA (Soldier & Family Assistance Program Manager).  During this visit, we will work with you to contact DEERS to update your information such as new mailing address, telephone number and your dependents that should be reported in DEERS.  We will also assist you in getting enrolled in the appropriate Tricare program.  You are encouraged to visit the Tricare website at www.tricare.osd.mil and click on the link “Find A Provider”.  It will help a great deal if you have a few doctors in mind to serve as your Primary Care Manager, before you arrive for in-processing.

Lastly, please reference the Tricare Dental (United Concordia) Enrollment/Change Form (below) for your dependents.  If they are already enrolled in this dental program, you will need to complete Sections A, B, and F to notify Tricare Dental of the change in address.  If family members are not currently enrolled, when you arrive to Battalion, the SFA will assist you with completing the form if you are interested in obtaining dental insurance for your dependents.
