Mission Statement The Minneapolis Recruiting Battalion will recruit with integrity the high quality men and women necessary to accomplish the FY09 mission while training the force, developing leaders, and providing quality soldiers and family support. Vision Statement The Minneapolis Recruiting Battalion provides maximum contribution to a nation at war by recruiting with integrity, quality young men and women into the Army and the Army Reserve. Maximum flexibility creates and fosters adaptive leaders. We empower leaders to apply our “ready and relevant” doctrine. Every member of this team will be able to assess quickly in order to “see first”, train effectively in order to “understand first”, plan appropriately in order to “act first”, and “finish decisively.” With this vision, the Minneapolis Recruiting Battalion will maintain market Dominance.
