             o   Deers: 800-538-9552 https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/appj/  Please make sure and update DEERS as soon as you have found a place to live, you may then enroll yourself and your family into the correct Tricare program

             o   www.humana-military.com  (800-444-5445) Humana is the regional contractor for the Tricare Southern Region, this website allows you to find providers and information on benefits as well as forms.

                  §  This service can help you locate child care-full time/part/occasional use, as well as, tutors, nannies, pet sitter, dog walker, housekeepers, elder care companions, etc.

                  §  Recruiting personnel are often assigned to locations where housing costs are not documented and not fully supported by Basic Allowance Housing (BAH). To improve housing quality of life for independent duty Army Recruiting Command personnel, the Department of the Army has established a Leased Housing Program.

                  §  Housing listing include: off-base rentals, on-base/Military housing, shared rentals, temporary lodging, Military for sale by owner home.

             o   EFMP is a mandatory enrollment program that works with other military and civilian agencies to provide comprehensive and coordinated community support, housing, education, medical, and personnel services to Families with special needs.  Soldiers on active duty enroll in the program when they have a Family member with a  physical, emotional, developmental, or intellectual disorder requiring specialized services so their needs can be considered in the military personnel assignment process.
