Mission Statement US Army Recruiting Battalion Salt Lake City enlists Soldiers for the Regular Army and Army Reserve throughout the Mountain West in order to meet the needs of an expeditionary Army. Vision Statement The Salt Lake City Recruiting Battalion provides maximum contribution to a nation at war by recruiting with integrity, quality men and women into the Army and Army Reserve. We empower leaders to apply our "ready and relevant" doctrine. Every member of this team will be able to access quickly in order to "see first", train effectively in order to "understand first", plan appropriately in order to "act first" and "finish decisively."
