We will continuously grow, reach our full potential, and recruit with integrity the highest quality men and women to provide the strength of the United States Army and Army Reserve, while taking care of Soldiers, Civilians, and Families. Vision Statement We will recruit with integrity the highest quality men and women necessary to meet the needs of the United States Army and Army Reserve, while taking care of Soldiers, Civilians and Families. We will accomplish this by being the premiere recruiting brigade with the best led, best trained brigade in USAREC. We will grow, become more efficient and reach our full potential together.
