USAREC Application Procedures
 

Dear Applicant,

Applications will be submitted by memorandum through command channels at posts, camps, or stations (You should FEDEX the application yourself after the PSB signs off on the MILPO Statement). All documentation must be current within the 12 months prior to the application deadline.

Do not staple or bind application documents. Do not place in binders or cover sheets. Place all documents in sequence and place in a 2 pocket folder.

MAIL ALL PACKETS TO:

HQ, USAREC
RCHS-SVD-PA (Your Last Name, First Name, Rank)
1307 Third Ave
Fort Knox, KY 40121-2726


Other Branches of the service will submit the same documents to USAREC except:

  1. Photo (5 X 8) in service uniform. If your service doesn't provide photos, you can take one at a local photo lab (i.e. Wal-Mart).
     
  2. OMPF (Official Military Personnel Files) - submit all OERs, NCOERS, Awards and training certificates. Make sure that you provide an index for the documents.
     
  3. Members can submit their own service Physical Fitness Test.
     
  4. All other documents will be submitted IAW FY 13 Message / AR 601-20.
