Application forms (PureEdge):  These DA Forms require the PureEdge Viewer application.  You should be able to prepare the forms on your unit's computer and save your data file to a personal diskette in case you need to make changes.  If you have access to a computer with the PureEdge Viewer application you can download from this location by clicking on the appropriate form.

Assignment preference map   Use PowerPoint to view and print the map showing all recruiting battalion locations so you can indicate your assignment preferences.
