graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in Policial Science and commissioned through Army ROTC in 1993. During LTC Streater's initial assignment at III Corps, Fort Hood, she served as a platoon leader, executive officer, and assistant S3 for training in the 57th Signal Battalion. She later served as a company executive officer and battalion maintenance officer for the 122th Signal Battalion, 2nd Infantry Division , Republic of Korea, prior to the Signal Advanced Course.

LTC Streater then commanded E Company, 1110th Signal Battalion at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Following signal company command, LTC Streater was assigned to the 501th Signal Battalion, 101th Airborne (Air Assault) as an assistant S3 for operations and later as the division radio officer. LTC Streater then asssumed company command of the Monterey Bay Recruiting Company, US Army Recruiting Command. Following recruiting command, she served as the group signal officer for the 49th Quartermaster Group, 101th Airborne (Air Assault). LTC Streater was a staff officer in the Schools and Policy Division at the Training and Docrtine Command before assumng duties as the Army ROTC Professor of Military Science at the College of William and Mary.

LTC Streater earned a Master of Science in Education from Old Dominion University, and is a graduate of the Command and General Staff College. She is a two-time US Master's Swimming National Champion and All American long distance swimmer.

Her significant military awards and decorations include five Meritorious Service Medals, four Army Commendation Medals, and an Army Achievement Medal. Command Sergeant Major
John P. Drawbond

           
   

is a graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, with his Bachelor's degree in Business Management. CSM Drawbond entered the Army in September 1987 and attended Basic Combat Training at Fort Leonard Wood . He attended Advanced Individual Training as a Parachute Rigger at Fort Lee, and was then assigned to the 82d Airborne Division. CSM Drawbond served proudly in the 82d Airborne for over 10 years in a variety of positions as a Parachute Rigger.

     
         
         
                   
   

.CSM Drawbond was DA selected to recruiting duty in March 1997 and transitioned to 79R, Career Recruiter in 2000. He has served with distinction in mamy duty positions within the U.S. Army Recruiting Command: Field Recruiter, On-Production Station Commander, Limited-Production Station Commander, Special Forces Recruiter, Special Forces Recruiting Station Commander, First Sergeant and Battalion Operations Sergeant Major. In his most recent assignment, he served as an Instructor/Writer at the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy Non-resident course.

CSM Drawbond's military education includes; the United States Army Sergeants Major Course, Department of the Army First Sergeant Course, USAREC First Sergeant Course, Senior Leader Course, Advance Leader Course, Warrior Leader Course, Army Recruiting Course and the Station Commander Course. He also graduated from the United States Army Airborne School and the Army Recruiting Guidance Couselor and Operations Course.

His military awards and decorations include; the Meritorious Service Medal with three Oak Leaf Clusters, the Army Commendation Medal with four Oak Leaf Clusters, the Army Achievement Medal with seven Oak Leaf Clusters, the Good Conduct Medal 8th award, the National Defense Service Medal, the Oversea Service Medal, the Army Service Ribbon, the Airborne Badge, and the Parachute Rigger Badge.
