LTC Justin Overbaugh
Lieutenant Colonel Justin Overbaugh received his commission as a Second Lieutenant of Infantry from the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) in 1999. After completing the Officer Basic Course at Fort Benning, Georgia, he was assigned as Rifle and Reconnaissance Platoon Leader in 1st Battalion, 187th Infantry Regiment (Rakkasans), 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. There he deployed to Afghanistan in support of OEF in 2001/2002 and to Iraq in support of OIF in 2003.
He joined 2nd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne) at Fort Lewis, Washington after completing Military Intelligence training at Fort Huachuca, Arizona and served as his Battalion’s Senior Intelligence Officer and Military Intelligence Detachment Commander, deploying in support of OEF in 2004/2005. In 2006, he was assigned to the US Army Operations Security Detachment at Fort Meade, Maryland. There he served as Assistant S3, Battalion S3, and Battalion Executive Officer and deployed in support of OEF as a Military Source Operations Collector for a Joint Task Force. In 2012, he joined the US Army Foreign Counterintelligence Activity (USAFCA) at Fort Meade, Maryland. From April 2014 to April 2017 he served as commander of Detachment 15, USAFCA in Stuttgart, Germany where he was responsible all US Army Strategic Counterintelligence operations in Europe and Africa.
Lieutenant Colonel Overbaugh’s military training includes Airborne, Ranger, Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle, Air Assault, and Pathfinder Schools. He is a graduate of the Infantry Officer Basic Course, the Military Intelligence Officer Advanced Course, the Counterintelligence Officer Course, Survival Escape Resistance and Evasion, and the Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations Course. His awards and decorations include the Expert Infantryman’s Badge, the Combat Infantryman’s Badge, two Bronze Stars (with valor), the Global War on Terror Expeditionary Medal (with arrowhead) and Canadian Jump Wings.
Lieutenant Colonel Overbaugh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina where he was an ROTC Distinguished Military Graduate. He earned a Master of Science (with distinction) in Defense Analysis (Irregular Warfare) from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.

CSM Mark E. Poindexter
Command Sergeant Major Poindexter is a native of Hallsville, Texas. He enlisted in the Marine Corps in October 1990; completed Recruit training at MCRD San Diego, CA. and School of Infantry, Camp Pendleton, CA. In January 1997, he enlisted in the Army.
He has served in a variety of positions and assignments including Rifleman, Guard and Corporal of the Guard for Marine Corps Security Forces Company, Diego Garcia, British Indian Ocean Territory; Heavy Machine Gunner and Fire Team Leader for Weapons Company, 2nd Counter-Mech 1st Battalion 9th Marines and the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (SOC), Camp Pendleton, CA., Fire Team and Squad Leader 2nd PLT Bravo Company 1st Battalion 32nd Infantry Regiment, Ft Drum, NY. His overseas assignments include Diego Garcia, Sinai Egypt and Somalia Africa.
Command Sergeant Major Poindexter entered recruiting command in Oct 2000 and assigned to the Tampa Battalion as a Detail Recruiter in Naples FL. He served as Station Commander for both Naples and Kissimmee Recruiting Stations; Master Trainer 2nd Brigade; Station Commander Central Park Recruiting Station and Ft Lauderdale Recruiting Company First Sergeant, Miami Battalion; Operations NCO and Senior Master Trainer 1st Brigade; Operations Sergeant Major Baltimore Battalion. His last assignment was Command Sergeant Major Milwaukee Recruiting Battalion.
His military education includes Marine Corps Security Force Basic Security Guard Course, Machine Gunnery Course, Army Airlift Operations Course, Basic Leader Course, Advanced Leader Course, Recruiter Course, Station Commander Course, Recruiter Trainer Course, Senior Leader Course, Department of the Army and Recruiting Command First Sergeant Courses, Master Resiliency Trainer Course and United States Army Sergeants Major Academy Class 65.
Command Sergeant Major Poindexter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University Alabama.
